Hi I’m Annabel and this little fuzzy guy you may recognise from my recipes is Barnaby.

Ever since receiving him as a graduation gift he’s been on lots of adventures with me including camping and making pancakes in the middle of nowhere in the South Lakes.

Said pancake, this was the better out of 5

What got me into baking was making apple pies and rhubarb tarts with my nana when I was little and walking up and down the hedgerows with her picking brambles (blackberries). Today I find baking a relaxing way to try something new and to be creative, I also just love making people happy with my food and seeing their reactions when I surprise them with treats 🙂
